In the rare circumstance that within a year of purchase something breaks without a clear stress cause, we would consider it a manufacturing error. Please reach out and we will try our best to repair it. This warranty lasts for one year from purchase date and excludes limited edition or discounted items, for which we would offer repair or a discount on a replacement piece.
We reserve the right to issue full credit if we think the item has been used, handled improperly or damaged
You can find out your ring size by measuring the circumference of your finger at the knuckle.
To get that number take a small strip of paper, wrap it around your knuckle and make a mark where it overlaps. Measure the paper up to that mark to find the circumference of your ring and convert it using the chart below.
If you are between two sizes, take into consideration the season (cold weather usually means skinnier fingers), your knuckle-to-finger ratio and preferred fit, as well as how often you plan on taking it on and off, etc.
Some of our rings are U shaped (with a flat top), which makes them a bit more forgiving in the way they size. They are usually available in 3 sizes S: 4-5, M: 6-7, L: 8-9. If you are in between sizes, we recommend you choose the smaller one, as this U shape leaves a bit of extra room and loose rings tend to get misshapen easier.
If you are ordering a ring and are still not completely sure of your size, please email us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to help you find the perfect fit.
